These delicious dosas are high in protein, gluten free, and super easy-to-make!
1 1/2 Cup Soaked Chickpeas (soaked over night, then drain and rinse)
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Ginger powder (or a nob of fresh ginger)
1/4 Cup Fresh Parlsey
1 tsp Whole Geera (or roasted geera/ cumin powder)
1 3/4 Cup Filtered water
Add everything to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Heat a skillet on medium heat, coat with extra virgin coconut oil.
Add approximately 1/4 Cup- 1/2 Cup batter to the skillet and spread in circles until thin.
Spread some coconut oil on the edges then allow to cook until it easily removes from the skillet.
Flip and cook for approximately 2-4 minutes, remove from heat and repeat the process.
Cover the cooked dosas with a dish cloth to keep them warm and soft. This recipe makes 4-5 dosas.
Serve with your favourite sides or fillings. These are perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
