After booking with us, we will conduct a few assessments to address your current digestive health, imbalances and toxic build-up in the body, current state of vitality, if there is Lymph congestion in the body, and a tongue assessment. This will help us to design and determine the best suited Ayurvedic Diet Plan for you!

Ayurveda focuses on maintaining the health and strength of Agni (our digestive fire). This digestive fire is what processes our food, thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. 

Ayurveda believes that if your Agni is not functioning well and you eat incorrect food combinations, and or misuse the body and senses, imbalances and health issues will develop. 

Our Ayurvedic Diet Plan is tailored to your needs for achieving mindful eating habits, healthy digestion, weight management, and a more balanced and nutritious diet.
