This consultation will cover the following:

How to eat for your individual needs and constitution (recipes provided)

Methods for clearing toxins in the body through daily cleansing and detox practices.
Meditation and breathing exercises to manage health and emotions.
Self-care practices that nourish and nurture the body.
Cultivating intuition and a strong connection with your body to address how you feel.
Exercise for your individual constitution
Reducing toxins in your daily life
All of these will be tailored to your needs and individual constitution. We will be utilizing the right kind of foods, practices, meditation, and breathing to create a personalized wellness plan for you.
The consultation process includes:
A questionnaire/ assessment about you, your lifestyle, your concerns, and current symptoms.
An in person or online meeting to get to know you better, observe your personality, and ask questions about lifestyle and diet. Analyze your tongue, face, eyes, and nails. Discuss your lifestyle and concerns more in depth and determine your individual constitution (dosha).
After, you will receive recommendations on diet, routines, and practices tailored for your individual constitution, wellness goals, and lifestyle.
A personalized wellness plan to follow and keep on track with the proposed recommendations.
A follow up at 3 weeks with assistance in between.
