Cheesey Sausage Rolls- Gluten Free & Vegan

Im usually not a fan of making bread, but when you got pre made gluten free bread mix that's super easy to whip up- you can sign me up!

For these gluten free rolls, I used The Flour Bag Baking Company Bread Mix. I filled the dough with a tasty tomato, basil and onion, sausage mixture, and cheese. Then rolled it up, sliced them and topped it off with an extra sprinkle of cheese, and a delectable blend of garlic, parsley and olive oil. They baked beautifully, and smelt divine- the taste took me back to my childhood.

These wholesome gluten free sausage rolls are perfect for sharing, snacking, and storing.
