This recipe is super simple and quick to make- it only takes a few minutes and ingredients to put together. There's no cooking involved in this recipe.
1 Block Extra Firm Silken Tofu
1-2 Tbl Diced Red Onion
1 Tbl Vegan Mayo
2 tsp Mustard
1/2 - 1 tsp Black Salt (for the "eggy" taste)
2 tsp Chopped Parsley
1/4 - 1/2 tsp Turmeric
Salt & black pepper to taste
Add the tofu, mayo, mustard & black salt to a bowl.
Mash with a potato masher, then fold in the rest of the ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
