Hearts Of Palm Ceviche- Vegan Ceviche

Hearts Of Palm Ceviche - Super fresh and tasty, and perfect for sharing and snacking!

See below for the recipe for this easy-to-make vegan Hearts of Palm Ceviche.


  • 1 Can Hearts Of Palm- @rolandfoods

  • 1/4 C Red Onion, finely diced

  • 2 Tbl Chandon Beni, or Cilantro chopped

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 Lemon, Squeezed

  • 2 Pimentos, or chilis or jalapenos finely chopped

  • 1Small Tomato, small diced

  • 1 Cucumber, small cubed

  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • 1 tsp Parsley Flakes


  1. Drain the can of hearts of palm and chop or slice them into small pieces.

  2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.

  3. I served this ceviche with baked sweet potato chips.
