1 C Cashew Milk
3 Tbl Nutritional Yeast
2 Tbl Oat Flour (grounded oats)
2 Tbl Cornstarch or Arrowroot powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbl Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbl Coconut Oil- I used Simply Natural from https://cgacaribbean.com/
Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Pour into a pot and place on medium heat. Whisk frequently and cook for approximately 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
remove from heat and set aside to cool until ready to use.
You can also store this sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
