If you're looking for a quick and delicious breakfast, or dessert for two; this Berry Crumble is perfect for you.

For the Blueberry Filling
2 Cups Frozen or Fresh Bueberries
1 Tbl coconut sugar
1 tsp Corn Starch
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Oat Crumble Topping
1 Cup Oats
1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds
1-2 Tbl Coconut Sugar
1 Tbl Vegan Butter
Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
Add all of the Berry filling ingredients to a bowl, and mix together until properly combined.
Place the filling into two small baking dishes, or one.
Add the oat crumble ingredients to a bowl and mix together until well combined. The butter should help form clusters.
Evenly top the filling with oat crumble topping, and bake for 20-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve topped with vegan whipped cream or yogurt.
Note: You can customize this dessert and adjust the sweetness to your liking.
