Banana-Apple Oat Cookies- Vegan, refined sugar free

These bite sized cookies can give you a healthy boost anytime of day.

Bananas are really versatile, especially for baking and making desserts. They can act like an egg replacer, and also adds its own natural sweetness, which is ideal for making refined sugar-free desserts.

You can't go wrong with these super, easy-to-make cookies. They're sweet and crunchy, and packed with good stuff.

Whether for breakfast or teatime, it's a little treat that has the perfect amount of sweet. With rich cocoa taste and a delicious crunch from the cocoa nibs and almonds.

Yield approximately 12 mini cookies


  • 2 Bananas

  • 1/4 Cup Apple Sauce (unsweetened)

  • 1 1/4 Cup Oats

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tbl Cocoa Nibs

  • 2 tbl Almonds, slivered or crushed


  1. Mash bananas and apple sauce together in a bowl, using a fork or potato masher.

  2. Stir in all of the other ingredients and mix well.

  3. Scoop your cookie batter onto a lined baking tray, and bake in the oven for approximately 12-15 minutes. Cool before snacking.

Tasty Tip: Make a big batch of these cookies for the week, and use them for snacking, or spread with peanut butter, chocolate, or top them on smoothie bowls.
